I was involved in an automobile accident with an 18-wheeler. The truck failed to yield the right of way to my vehicle as it has flashing red lights. I was life-flighted to the hospital. My hip was fractured from the accident and I have been told by my doctor that I may not be able to have any children due to this accident. The truck carrier has denied my injury claim.
