A was hit by a car causing injuries to the my left side of my body. My leg was fractured and now the left side of my body is constantly numbed. When I fell on the ground I landed on my hand and broke my wrist as well. The accident occured on a private property, a body shop, where I work. The car belonged to the driver, also a customer of the shop. The customer claimed that his foot slipped from the brake onto the gas pedal causing the vehicle to accelerate and thus struck me. Am I entitled to any cause of action to recover my medical expenses? - Vince
