Mr. Oscar Salgado, 42, was killed in a car accident on the southwest side of Chicago. Mr. Salgado was a front seat passenger in the car. The car struck a pole near 33rd and Western Avenue around 2 a.m. on February 10. He was taken to Mt. Sinai Hospital where he died a short time later.
The driver of the car was Bruce Giles. Mr Giles was injured as well as another male passenger in the car who hurt his leg. Mr Giles was also taken to Mt. Sinai Hospital.
